Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday during
the summer season. Please try to time your arrival between
4.00pm and 6.00pm and your departure by 11.00am.

Duvets and pillows are provided but please
bring bedlinen, towels, teatowels, etc.
3.
A small charge will be made if you wish us to
provide linen and towels. Gas, electricity and water are
included in the price of your holiday, but heating, if
required, will be charged as an extra.
4.
A security deposit of 80 euros is payable on
arrival as security against damage or breakages. This will
be refunded at the end of your stay, less any costs that may
be deductible for damage, cleaning, etc.
5.
A £50.00 deposit per week secures any
booking. This deposit is non-returnable. The balance is
payable eight weeks before arrival. If the balance is not
received by the due date, your booking will be deemed
cancelled.
6.
If bookings are made within eight weeks of
proposed arrival date, the total cost of the holiday is
payable upon booking.
7.
The proprietors, Mr & Mrs C B Tombleson,
shall not be liable to you or any member of your party for
any loss, damage or injury incurred in the cottage or its
grounds, or through the use of equipment and facilities. You
are therefore advised to take out an appropriate insurance
policy.
